For more than 18 years, I have managed a hotel in the center of Prague, implementing changes that work in daily operations — not just on paper.

I have gone through all levels of hotel operations — from day-to-day execution to strategic management. For me, sustainability has never been a marketing concept, but a way to improve hotel performance and reduce costs.

I led the implementation of the EU Ecolabel and Environmentally Friendly Service certification as the first hotel in Prague and the Czech Republic.

Based on this achievement, I was selected by the European Commission to share best practices at the European level.
